Standard brick laying trowel. The London pattern features a rough triangular blade which angles back towards the "heel" useful when scraping mortar from a board and the rounded heel shapes the blade so that the mortar is carried a little further forward on the blade.
For brick laying, this type is curved on both edges and the "toe" is more flexible. Philadelphia pattern trowels are better suited for laying block because they allow more mortar to be placed on the blade.
